id suggest phpproxie, its got proxie software. Although you probs want to hide the directory from search engines etc, so it doesnt get seen by the webblockers bots (dont use a robots.txt to stop em, they will specificaly look in the places there not supposed to, to check if theres regonised proxie files found)
