Also it says it msut be save das .gif format , well if you save habbo images as .gif it loose its quality and turns all pixilated so we would have to do it all by hand

Hi.

I agree the sizes are a little difficult to understand, they've used the wrong guidelines for the room, I think.

For the type of billboard in the screenshot your canvas should be 160x140 pixels. You can use the template below if you like - fill in the green area with your design and keep the white area as it is.

But that's too big, it doesn't fit the billboard area in screen shot.

that screen shot is incorrect, its been put on by the poster. if u go on habbo there is no bilboard in that room
