my mate said the agility pyramid is good exp.
got from 35-47 in a pretty short time.

You need lvl 40 but lvl 45 i recommed

Bleh, only tried Brimhaven course, quite fast and it's the choice of high levels who don't want to risk going into the wilderness.

It's a minimum of 40, although at that level people try to not take a path with the darts at all times.
