ok, which way you coding it?
Is it:
Gold, like a Bank (But Habbo Style)
like a old fasioned style.
With wood etc..

Thanks to all the people who have mentioned me here, but like some people said, I dont think I'm that good with habbo templates...

I mostly do hosting, clan, etc etc... like non_pixel ones.

Joomla is a CMS, you can skin it, but you cant code in it o.0

Mentor can design you some really well coded webpages etc. but [Oli] can give you a really nice looking template.

... there are probably very few people who can give you what they want and those people maybe don't want to do it. live with it :/
