When buying a layout you need to:

- State the colour scheme
- State weather you want iframes
- State which content you want (content boxes??)
- Horizontal or vertical navigation?

etc.etc.etc, otherwise its like a furni shop, when someone says "offer", the owner could go through every single offer you could think of, and you won't want it, when it's much easier just to state what you want

Well its unlikely for someone to have made a layout excactly how i want it before even telling them. Anyway i want to see alot of layouts so i have a big variety
