How do you loads of gold?

Hi, Im new to WoW and I have seen loads of people with like 100 gold.
How/Where do you get that amount from?

In the Outland you can earn easily 300g in a day from just questing. For small amounts of money like 100g you will find particular mobs will drop grey items that sell for a nice amount at vendor. This is obviously possible as 100g is the total price for your 60% mount at level 40. But as long as you get into the habbit of selling AH items and if you take up some good money making proffesions (Herbelism and Mining for example), Money can be made very easily .

Some people gain money from gold farming and buying gold from sites. which of course is a ban able offence in the game so id advise not aiming at buying Gold from sites, unless you want to risk being banned

Pick up all greys and vendor them, some sell for 7 silver each. Around 14 of those will get you 1 gold.

Do alot of instance runs... lots of greens and blues to be ah'ed.

I'm level 48 with 175 gold, probably bad to most people even thought I didn't need to buy riding lessons for 90 gold, still quite alot though.

It's roughly 85g if you had to buy training and mount so that's pretty good in my opinion.

I have like 28g now, after buying my skills and some new armour.

I earn most of my money from leather, silk cloth and greens. Got 1g from vendoring a grey item from a drop today, I was surprised

Grind, its simple as that, a lot of high level monsters drop greys which sell for like 70 silver each. Well they did when I played. I grinded in Western Plaguelands.. I didn't grind long though, after 2 days without no epics or anything decent to sell, I said if I don't get anything this run it's time to head off to Tanaris, killed things for about 20 minutes, got 2 krol blades. sold 600g ea
