[HTML] Help! Im confused!

Hi, ive started to make a new layout for my website, but i dont know how to fix this problem.

the prob is that the text is to close to the edge of the sticky, the code for the sticky is:

I want to help, but when you take the coding and paste on frontpage it comes up as the code on non-HTML and the preview?

Retry the coding, and i'll try again. My help is just put a few spaces infront of the lines.. it gets them slightly more in but it works

ive fixed prob now

If you fixed the prob, it doesnt really matter, but id have suggested adding a few px of padding to the tables to stop the text getting so close.
