Yeh so you should, that company is completely un professional according to most people that get hosted by them.

I used to have a shoutcast reseller from them.. their uptime was absolutely rubbish and so was their techies/support.
In the end I got a VPS which is what I have now (NOT FROM THEM )

I really do not reccomend this company!
