You scroll down the main runescape page untill you find a section called "Membership" Then you click the link called "start a new subscription" Then you go into the payment method used to get the pin, mine is SMS, next you sign in enter a British mobile number (You can make this up it needs to be 11 digits and start in 07) Then follow the on-screen sinstructions.
