A CEO of a company MUST be 18 years or older. You can start a little stupid hosting company from a reseller and think you're the top of the world, but it's not a full company. In order for the BBC to buy a website like that, the website would need to be fully copyrighted and registered. it's like buying drugs, they're illegal unless subscribed.

Might be 12 in Canada, but it's completly different over here.

I may be misinterpriting this but I believe you mean must be registered as a Limited Company. If so, you have to be making a certain amount of revenue per annum before you can apply to be a fully recognised limited company.

Yep, my Dad owns a company. Didn't say they didn't have to have certain revenue percentages.

The obvious reason for turning down the 8.5 million is because he KNOWS it can make more. Why else would the BBC want it?

Also. You dont have to be 18 to own a LTD company. My brother is 17 and owns a legally registered LTD company.
