It seems to me that he didnt want to sell Sharpenews because its an integral part of his brand image and he believes he can build up his main company. Dont pretend that he knew what he was doing because if that was his plan it was stupid because there was no guarantee of media coverage. The obvious reason for turning down the 8.5 million is because he KNOWS it can make more. Why else would the BBC want it?

Also. You dont have to be 18 to own a LTD company. My brother is 17 and owns a legally registered LTD company.

He could, but it would be under someone elses name, making it that he is not the true owner.

You have to be 16 to own a Limited Company, earning over £4000 a month.
