    Their support isn't the best however it's not the worset either, they should seriously consider improving it as customer relations is quite important.

    Yeah, i mean if u can't contact them then whats the point of having there infomation? I left a message saying ****head i dunno why but ill leave a proppa message tomrrow leaving my mobile number so they can contact me

    They probley loose some calls and emails because a lot of habbos report every day

    LOL! At one point you had to check one of two boxes, I have bought credits or I haven't, and they would only respond to people who HAD bought credits, stupid!
    I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.
