    Anyway, my 30GB video wouldn't turn off and we sent it back and another didn't come so instead I bought one off Amazon but it got mixed up with another delivery from a woman from Southampton and I somehow got an 80GB video instead...

    when i first got it i thought 'ill reset it to factory settings'.
    it took 3 hours for it to finally start working again :p

    Mines fine, had it for about 4-5 years i think it works perfectly, the battery still works fine as well gotta love it
