technically if its available as a gift from hc or a gift given the hotel it shouldnt be super rare as it has been given out in mass.

I don't think so, because i'd class a super rare as something that is, super rare, as in only a few select people have them as they is less of them then other rares, and HC plasto was realised as a present so loads of people them, and there is loads around.

Well, Habbox prices are ****** up anyway tbh.
Imo, Thrones shouldnt even be 20HC...They are NOT rare!
There in nearly every bloody room you go into!

HC Plasto should be in norm rares as it was available for anybody who was willing to pay the price..
HC Plasto should be alot because it is rare to see..

Habbox, sort your prices...Tubmasters are low, but they are also rare to see compared to thrones anyway!
