Secound template [News site]

Well someone pmed me asking to make them a template for a news site so i did , I dont think they liked it lol
( I tried using invents tips of shading the marquee bit :p )

Well considoring that my first template was made yesterday and this is my secound one i dont think its half bad :p

I didn't know what to add as i didnt get told much :p i think i may add a few images such as typewriters etc

I can remember my second template it was a distaster lol.
But yeah i can never make templates coz i can never think of unique ideas..

But erm.. you can probs funk up the background and the welcome boxes up a bit coz there whats letting it down in my opinion.

Its all ermm wierd as i wanted him to type what ever text he wanted and stuff , I just did the text to make it look a bit more like a layout :p
Other than adding pictures what else can I do ? I'm not very good at shading lol :'[
