Gold nelly, DJ deck and orange para

Just my input as a rare trader and observant habbo . From what I have noticed there are alot of people attempting to sell their gold nellys and not alot of people interested in buying them. I could possibly be off, but i have noticed the habbox value for it has gone up as of late. From what i see, the maximum offer most people are making on it recently has been around 6t and 10 hcs. The DJ deck is hard to obtain right now as no one seems to be trading it, with this in mind I believe the price has been rising and is somewhere in the area of 15-16 thrones right now. The orange parasol even though no longer a super rare has been an item nobody seems to want as of late, the value appears to have dropped to around 5.7 - 5.9 hcs. Dino / dragon egg appears to be strong and the stated value for it appears to be accurate. If you disagree or have a comment feel free to respond.

Some nice values, but put the orange para in the normal rare section please.
And can you report the values like this:
rare - rare value - bla bla
rare - etc etc
It's easier for us to look at them.
