Where to train a F2p Str Pure?

on my pure im currently training on the elemental wizards south of fally, they dont hit high but i take a full inv of trout usually last for around 3lvls at 40+
but dont attack the earth wizard because for some reason he hits constant 6s on me when the other cant hit at all :S

its in the middle of barb village, near the minning rocks, just go down the ladder/rope.

Also, 40 attack won't suffice at very high strength.

Well if your gona be member get 60 for dragon weapons if not then leave it at 40 that will be fine for f2p at your level because not people will have 40 defecen at the level so they wont have rune

Yes you will need a good att so you can hit constantly theres no point in hitting 26 then 5 0's.. so get att up also.
