    here are some questions on VBulletin.

    How do I put a background in?

    How do it put peoples mini profile On the left not above the post?

    How do I make admins have accses to all the CP not just 3 areas?

    BTW im on 3.0.6.

    You set The people you want admin. As administartor in their primary usergroup!
