There are two ways of doing it, the cheap way and the expensive way.

The cheap way is to find someone to do the voiceover for free, as in radio daddy or the wwrn which is better, or pay a professional voiceover artist.

The intro jingle on habbo-paper is very simple to make and could be done for a few pounds.

What you will need to ask for is a dry cut. A wet cut is a fully produced track with effects etc, more chance of getting a dry than a wet cut as too many people are asking for wet, plus when you ask for dry, the average you will normally get 2 or 3 different takes.
