First things first, why you ain't on MSN
Anyway, its a good idea, and your buisness proposal is very professional. I believe we could make it work with a team of skilled management and radio staff. I do not like your name of 'BlocksRadio' though. You would need to have a good set budget for advertising etc and you would need to get in talks with advertisers, but all in all its an ok idea. Thus im willing to offer my services to the project
