How did you lose your baby? And, if your struggling with it, maybe you should seek professional help, or see someone close to you to talk about it.

Dealing with any type of death is terrible. And I agree with the above post, you have just lost something you have been waiting for, for a while, and I'd advice see'ing someone, just to talk about it.

    Good luck,
    Adam.

I agree with above posts, i'm no GP or w/e but seeing a professional mabye a good soloution, just to talk to someone about your problems or ask for a shoulder to cry on, When you have the chance to have another baby, it will be the happiest day of your life when it's born, just look on the bright side, You still have a long way ahead of you and chucking yourself down the stairs is no soloution.

Sorry to hear about your baby ='[

See a councillor is all I can say. Dealing with death is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, and counselling was really helpful to me. You should really try it. Try and find a counsellor who has been through the same ordeal as you, as they tend to offer you help on a more personal level.

I feel for you Although its very sad, at least think about the fact that as the baby is still young, he didn't feel as much pain if he were to die slightly older. Or if it was death before giving birth, he didn't feel any pain. If you still feel sad, I suggest talking to someone close to you. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone who you know, talk to a councilor, he would surely keep it a secret, and you can let out your troubles for him to advice yo u on. Good luck

If you're causing injury to yourself, admit yourself into the hospital.
