You normally like the server type you start on as you assume it's the best and it probley is for you, Since you will have grown the that playing style. Personally I'm PvP, It's what I do. 70 Druid on Ahn'Qiraj and 43 Warlock on Dunemaul (Currently poweleveling it, That's why I bothered to mention it)

I started on PvE, but switched to PvP because it was just... boring...
