RuneScape wont load ~ help me please ;[

When I load up any RuneScape world in high or low detail, IE for FireFox, it always gets stuck on "Loading Interfaces - 21%" and then never moves -




I've done everything it says on www.runescape.com and nothing works. The German servers load but that's no good for PC..


All help is welcome.

Delete internet files ect?
Reinstall java?
Restart pc...

I've tried every member world. It's been like that for about 24 hours now..

It happened before for about 6 hours but it's been like 24 hours now and still nothing's changed.

Restore you pc to when it was woring if possible.
