    I take it you want it to open in the main box.

    The main box should have a tag like this:
    <iframe></iframe>

    You have to give the iframe a name like Main. Then when you make a link such as home, you make its target Main. Capital letters matter!

    Read this. will give you the exact tags to use

    I'm trying to imply the fact that you missed out src etc. Also the fact that iFrames shouldn't be your friend.
