[HELP] Left and right scrolling bars.

Look at my site, www.randomtown.net/index.html i want to center the site and get rid of the left and right scroll bars, i dont know how to do so, can anyone help me? NOTE: i dont mind the up & down ones, its just the left and right.

I think it's something like scrolling-x="no"

Edit: It's style="overflow-x:hidden;"

are you going to rip layouts and scripts and put them on your site, like CJ-REAL stole layouts?
