Yeap. Mods can also lock threads/open threads by double clicking the thread icons on the left in forumdisplay .

usually i just use the thread menu on the first post or tick then the drop down menu.

vBulletin has lots of features you don't notice until you click around and stuff .

That one scared the hell out of me when i first did it
And yer ive had a click around, i used to do the whole marking of forums thing when i was a normal mod and the halloween skin was up, purely because the red duck (read forum) went better with the skin than the grene duck (unread forum)
