i've heard that their teen pregnancy rate is a hell of a lot lower tbh.

I don't see why its so bad really, not many 12 year olds I know actually want sex, and if they want it, they'll do it regardless of the legal age.

Its like its not even there. They are proberly know better than us not to have sex until a good age. But then you get the others who would do it all the time.

You could argue that by not making a big deal about sex they may be decreasing the number of kids having sex.
Alot of people i know who had sex underage did it to rebel.
But personally i find the idea of 12 year olds having sex with whoever they want rather sick.

It must work though because look at the Uk teen pregnancy rate compared to Hollands.
