Fantastic prank call I just made now :)

Personally I don't think it's acceptable, but hey, it's my opinion.

Prank calling wastes time for companies, and in a way it harasses the person on the other end and isn't particulaly nice.

For all you know, that person on the other end of the phone might of told someone, and something might be being done about it...

It'll backfire one of these days.

Lol, many calls have backfired for me, I do a few prank calls in a day, but this one was one of the best. I understand your opinion and respect it

Edit - I done it for another reason aswell, cause they wont stop ringing us. I tell them not to and they continue, so they might not ring again after this time, who knows..

Right, This telemarketing company just rang me from India like.. 5 minuites ago. I decided to scare them so they wouldnt ring us again. Heres the main outline of it, Enjoy! -

Operator - "Hello, is Mr. Vidler there please?"

Me - "Yes, whos calling please?"

Operator - "This is *some kinda* company"

Me - "And whats your name please, Sir?"

Operator - "Mike"

Me - "Ok Mike, let me bring you up to date. Mr Vidler isint with us anymore, he was murdered this morning by 7 stab wounds in the back. Since you called asking for him, you are now our prime suspect and one of
the 10 most wanted people in Britain right now."

Operator - "No, you dont understand we are a telemarketing company, I
dont know him personally"

Me - "Where are you now, Sir?"

Operator - "At Work"

Me - "You being a smart little boy, Mike?"

Operator - "No Sir"

Me - "Lets just say I wanted to mail your butt a letter, Mike, what would I write on the envelope to ensure it gets to you!!!"

Operator - " *gives me address*, in India, South-east Asia"

Me - Right ok, planes have been dispatched to your office to come arrest you, put me on to your supervisor"

Operator - "Hold on please"

*HEARS WORRIED INDIANS SHOUTING IN BACKGROUND"

Supervisor - "Hello?"

Me - "Hi. You know whats going on?"

Supervisor - "Yes, whos been murdered?"

Me - "I think we both know who."

Supervisor - *Worried almost crying* "It wasnt me, you got to listen Sir!"

Me - *Thinks OK thats enough scare for now.* "Sir, please calm down, this is a Prank Call!!"

Supervisor - "A Prank Call, From London England.. Oh dear God, thank you brother, thank you brother!!!" *I got confused why he call me Brother."

Me - "Ok Sir, I got to go now, have a nice day!"

Supervisor - "Ok, so no one was murdered?"

Me - "No, it is a joke"

Supervisor - "Are you an actor, you sound very good at making prank calls"

Me - "No, but thanks for compliment"

Supervisor - "Ok, have a good day sir!"

Me - "Ok, thanks, bye!"

Personally, i find it hard to believe that anybody would be so moronic to believe that.
And as for making a couple of prankies a day. Get a life.
We do it to our mates and stuff messing about when wer bored but if your just doing it to randomers then thats sad
