Like someone said above if you start drinking them and are not training properly then you will turn into a human ball of lard.
I do work my legs, I go on my bike everyday & play football alot and I would say I have quite muscley legs
And I will not be taking steriods as you all have put me off them

*ALSO, i wouldn't advise you to take steroids. possibly go for an alternative of creatine which will act as an aid for building muscle and mass when you are working out. don't expect it to be a miracle though. you have to put the work in yourself to start seeing the results you desire.
