Hmmm have you seen a doctor? If it bothers you a lot then they might be able to find something that gets rid of it. When I was younger I had this rash thing and they tried out all these creams, none worked. I ended up being referred to a specialist at the hospital they gave me these tablets and it cleared up in like a week.

It could be something like eczema... It definitely just looks like some sort of skin issue. If you wash your face on a daily basis you shouldn't really be experiencing such problems. However, if you perhaps eat a lot of chocolate, drink fizzy juice or have a high sugar intake - you can often get a break of a skin rash/spots. Also, at your age it may just be a slight case of acne.

Either way, you can sort it. If it's really giving you bother I'd suggest going to the doctor's and getting it checked out as you've nothing to lose. The doctor will probably give you something, such as an anti-inflammatory cream (like E45) which will reduce it...

As well as doing that, I'd say maybe buying some sort of moisturising products. When you was your face, use something like Nivea for Men face scrub which gets deep into your pores of your skin and cleanses them. Also, after washing I'd suggest putting on a Nivea for Men moisturiser. I used to have a similair problem, but with frequent moisturising my skins quite clear now.
    Ostinato...
