So twinks are like your character that has all the best armour and stuff for it? (atleast i beleive) and well is there a site or sumin where u can find out all the best armour for that lvl and stuff, coz i wanna make mine a twink

well theres like lvl 19twinks and stuff so why not at lvl 27...
