Champion Scroll: Lesser Demon

I got a champion scroll.
I know you can't use weapons or armour, but would Ice blitz work? As it would stop them reaching me.

As well as prayer pots for protect melee?

If anyone can post any tips it'd be appreciated.

Yep, just protect melee, bring a few p pots and blitz it.
