Yeah they had to re-write the episode and shoot it again i think.
There definately would of been an exciting love triangle if that happened.

Err, then they would have had to re-write the whole of season 1?
They write a few episodes and then start filming (or if its the first ever season, they usually do a brief plan of whats going to happen in each episode).

And someone high up in the lost production team said 2 main characters die. I read it in a news article, so it could be fake.

I dont think a really main character dies like in a 'hurley' case
i think when they said that
charlie + main character
i think it was based on nikki&paulo.
But it was then charlie+2maincharacters.
So maybe charlie doesnt die and it was actually 2 main characters aka nikki&paulo.
hope thats right.

theres aload of more seasons to come and they choose series3 of all times to kill pratically half the cast off ;l
Was it true or something that jack&locke get like some sorta face off i dunno but one of them dies? Im confused but if that's true then lol it's obvious they don't kill jack cause evryones like he's the mainest character and stuff. But apparently he wants to leave, hmm?
