I heard once (Could be a rumour) the servers where in Mexico? Cheap electricity is my guess. If your gonna have a few HUGE (We're talking more than just a few gb
Terrabytes, possibly bigger) which are gonna be on 24/7 it'd gonna consume a lot of electricity so it'd make sense having them in Mexico as electricity would be cheaper than western countries perhaps?
