Most forums do have a chatroom, but i think the idea of one on Habbox is great as Habbox is the most famous site around Habbo isnt it?
There could be:
Different Lobby's (Alts, Discussion)
And Chatroom Moderators etc to stop Spamming.

There was one and i dont think it was used much. Point of having a chat room on a habbo site when you can just use habbo?
