you can get banned for buying to many habbo credits even when they are paid for...
they have accidentally banned people because the moderator clicked on the wrong person...
they have banned people because there name was to close to the person who was suppose to be banned...
the list goes on cheif...

i had a unfair ban, some one hacked my account, i emailed habbo then they simply checked ip and they said it wasnt from my network (wireless) and they unbanned me
