Thats what most chavs look like, hence people assume there chavs because the look like chavs. But i personally dont think the appearance is what makes them chavs, if you get to know people it becomes obvious there not chavs imo "/

As an observation theres a growing number of chavs now days that dress more like the Emos do o.0 anyway else seen this?
