What would be the fastest way to get my prayer up - its 24 now and im noot very rich

i have around 100 normal bones and about 100 wolf bones

kill hill giants and bury the bones from them, or bank them and use them on the best altar you can find

cant afford dragon bones lol, and i dont know anyone with a guilded altar
