I worked out this about the forum

Its the "noobs" which keep the webdesign forum healthy, so the "experienced" web designers can help them its only the rules that give us boundaries so technically its going to be hard getting new users who arnt experienced to join it unless you advertise directly to that source.

I'm pretty sure the good "experienced" web designers will join the new forum (I know I will, if I'm classified as "experienced").

This will bring a lot of new members to the forum looking for help.

My domain http://www.NotMyOpinion.com is sitting doing nothing, i dont know if it would be any use to the new forums if they go ahead, but it could be used even if seems as a cleshay to how this came about.
