That's really mainstream indie. Non-mainstream indie is the best and most creative stuff in the world right now. "Indie" isnt a real genre anyway, its a label.

True but now adays there's an indie "sound" that DJs or people will use to describe a new band (to the mainstream).

the kooks
the klaxons
the killers
notice a trend: THE [insert ***** band name here]. its the same every time.

emo def:
you all know, panic at the disco, fall out flanj, etcetc.

i mean, im usually pretty open minded about things, but this is just annoying. ive always just hated emos full stop, but ive never hated indie music, UNTIL NOW.

what are your thoughts on it? and i dont want to emos posting telling me they dont agree, i dont care, go cut.
