I like both, but the only song I've ever really liked by Shakira was "Whenever, Wherever", and that was years ago.
I love B'Day by Beyonce though, so Beyonce's got my vote

Shakira imo. I find pretty much all Beyonce's songs either annoying or they just sound the same.
