Not really. Its like saying, how do you know that water boils at 100 degrees celscius? And the person replies with "i used a thermometer". But how do you know that that thermometer works? You dont.

I ate kfc earlier had a fully loaded fillet meal with beans and 7up AND a mini fillet. I love KFC

But everything we have learnt about the earth etc, was our judgement on it. We chose the best answer for everything that happenes in todays world, and thats what we have learnt. Therefore thier are no "facts" because god did not come down one day and tell us any, we made assumptions.
