ithink the dragon should be only worth 1hc because it was originaly a sesonal rare because they only brought it out for st georges day so i class it as only 1hc because u dont want people going to over the top with a rare sesonal dragon

The dragon isn't a seasonal though, it's a rare, the petal was released because of spring, but it isn't a seasonal.
Seasonals are items that are only released during a special event once a year.
