You have seen what they are like by firing me and Catzy, how many more examples would you like of them being total morons?

It would be nice if you had a dig at everyone else who slags off MAD in the spam forum?

I don't really care about the management and how they treated you. I don't work for Habbox so therefore I wouldn't know how they treat staff and they've got a lot of dedicated staff so I would say it does pretty well. You can't expect every fansite to not fire people. Jesus.

Staff stay because they like their departments, I liked Rare Vlaues Department and the staff otherwise I wouldn't of been there.

Many staff don't deal with management but when someone clashes with them they fire the person who speaks against them or disagrees with them.

I don't disagree with the second part, if you disagree you get fired/banned. I've noticed that an awful lot lately and it happens with non-staff as well. Looks like some people can't take opinions.

And personally I think sierk should remove these people from their power and replace them with people who are kind, considerate and actually listen to what people think.

i do know that habbox is corrupt first hand, people where posting inaccurate rare value reports e.g purple parasol being sold 1hc thats utter rubbish I've sold 33 for 2hc pure each, so i cant see where they get this tosh from, but tbh, i don't really care anymore I've left habbo and i only come on this forum for RS selling and trading now.

Many have lost jobs, but when the ones who are fired have a go at management for firing ANOTHER person, people like the above try and make smart comments.

anyway, what would yo9u honestly say if sierk sat there and he was in charge of every action the manager took.

managers have their own freedom to fire the problemed staff and to hire new staff. There aint even such thing as a control freak =/ theres just different styles of being a manager.

Some managers may be laid back and easy with staff, and others might be very tight on how they do stuff. Either way leads to good managers.

give me a definition of control freak =/
