Well... regarding your comments

1. Simon is correct - but the upgrader will still work as my old site is still up
2. Doesn't PP just use KP's layout but modded a little?
3. I know you didn't say anything about why i encoded it or whatever but i made it, i gave it away for free, and i will help you mod it if you let me know what you want done, and its also to prevent ripping

Simon, here is some advise.

When making the new panel, dont call it 0.1556486887 or something like that as people will get confused, like:

Ownage PHP Man: So you got the newest version of PP?
Ownage ASP Man: What 0.16548787974?
Ownage PHP Man: No 0.16548787985
Ownage ASP Man: Oh, not yet

And

Stop stalling! You make one panel then go off the code the next panel and think of ideas before you have even finished the last version!
