I was bored so, heres a small guide for you guys.

This outfit gives the LOWEST weight for you to be able to run faster, like when your runecrafting, making bowstrings etc...

Weight Reduction.
-------------------
- Boots of Lightness: -4.5 Kg
- Spotted Cape (40 Hunter): -3 Kg
- Spottier Cape (66 hunter): -5 Kg
- Penance Gloves: -2 Kg
----> Total: Spotted Cape -9.5 Kg // Spottier Cape -11.5 Kg

How to Obtain.
---------------

Boots of Lightness
l_> Obtained by starting Temple of Ikov (Quest), Its in the temple downstairs in a small room.

Capes
l_> Spotted Cape: Obtained by trading 2 Spotted kebbit furs and 400 gp with the clothes store owner East of the Varrok East bank
l_> Spottier Cape: By trading 2-4 Dashing Kebbit Fur and some gold with the clothes seller.
Penance Gloves
l_> Accuired as a reward from the Mini-Game Barbarian Assault at Barbarian outpost. It requires 150 points in EACH role.
It is located East of The Grand Tree, West of Seers village.

Another problem is that you have to have a certain hunting level to wear the capes

And you dont have to start the Temple Of Ikov

Dashing kebbit fur you need,

&& You can have 14.5kg, cause you cant wear both capes at same time

Del any tips for high herb without spending lots -.-

There isnt any tips on how to get high herb with no loss, its hard, you need to waste tons of hours in w2 going, "buying all (your herb) 1k eA!!!"

On Topic: Can a mod AGAIN please edit the total, make it like this:
----> Total: Spotted Cape -9.5 Kg // Spottier Cape -11.5 Kg

There isnt any tips on how to get high herb with no loss, its hard, you need to waste tons of hours in w2 going, "buying all (your herb) 1k eA!!!"
