How to know if someone has recovery questions

When your purchasing an account and your unsure that it might get hacked back because they say they haven't got 'Recovery Questions' you can now check if they have any set. Just follow my guide and i hope you don't get scammed. Although there is still a chance it gets hacked back even without any set :rolleyes:.

www.runescape.com > Recover a locked account > 'Type in the username you are buying' and then > someone has changed my password

Or, when you are buying the account ask to see a screenshot of the page that pops up when you log on, it tells you if you have recovery questions, bank pins etc..
