I find this highly ironic that after nearly 3 months since one of the last moderation reports said 'I will be promoting 1-2 people to the smod in the next few days'.

And the recent events that followed, you suddenly spring into action, and play favourites with those who didn't sign the thread in the forum moderators section.

Well i find it hard to believe that someone who has been here less than 2 months, and in their moderation reports made no attempt to become smod gets the position.

The moderation standard is falling on this forum, and fast, thats probly why you've got alot of silly infractions being issued.

This is my last words on the saga, as im sick of management dodging my questions via threads and PM, and 'brushing it up under the carpet'.

I hope that that criticism isn't aimed at me, and using myself as an example.

Point 1: That rule is no longer in place now .

Point 2: Smods and admins don't need mod logs.

Point 3: If you had the power to remove your bad rep, I bet you a million dollars you would remove it. I don't think tomlegend would remove it but I bet you would .

Only if you knew me. When I was smod, I got bad rep from people I warned. I reported them as normal if I thought it was unfair.
On the other hand ... admins (such as Baving and Seacat) used to turn the bad rep into good rep and bad rep the other user, and increase the -rep. So instead of it being -15, it was like -30.
Smods DO need mod logs. It says it in the smod forum. "smod's logs will be checked daily and if we think you dont have enough mod logs, you will no longer be a smod"
maybe its changed now, but that kinda explains why there is so much power abuse.

lol@the fact I just had a few people on MSN and on here telling me "I agree. I would post it, but i would probably get fired".

A great place where the staff cant say anything bad about management.

No, off course you should speak to your friends. I did not say that, I was issuing peace, and not socialising.

We should speak to our enemies, or people we disagree with to think of a solution, in your case, ---MAD---. Another example, Tony Blair - Failed warmonger who can't think of solutions & we all know George Bush is similar.

Anyway, lets get back onto topic, super mods!
