i think really, the only way to solve this sort of "bad patch" is to completely clear the whole team. and then get EVERY single member of the team to prove themselves worthy of working there. & even then you need check ups on the staff every week or so to make sure they're there. or a clocking in system or something. [:

I think the desk is fine to be honest From what I know, the reason the the desk has been temporarily closed is that 8Freak8 no longer has the time to come and do work in the desk (for example rights), and therefore it is not practical for him to be the owner anymore.

I personally think that Bren is a great manager, and we haven't had many better than him. Although, still I feel, despite the many years past that DJ-3000 was the best ever manager for HxHD.

My favorites were Dj-3000 and Eckuii. Both were very interactive with the staff and I believe us staff really did like him. I know I have only worked there a few short periods of time with Dave and a couple with Eckuii but I really liked them.
