It Will be bren, he has done nothing to be fired and is a great manager, tbh you a bit too involved for some1 who doesnt want any part in the desk.

get rid of HxHD and replace it with a Events Team? Works better that way, Help Desk's are dead unless the owner is popular which well.. doesnt work with Habbox.
So lets drop the department and open a events area. :]

I think it will be better when bren becomes the owner of hxhd and there is not alot of staff in hxhd because people without rights cant get it.
Maybe keep the help desk but bring in something diffrent so more people wanna join
